In response to the planning application for CALA's site at Ravelrig, and City of Edinburgh Council's welcoming of comments, Richard Henderson (BCC Chair) sent CEC the attached letter. This includes several points of interest, many of which arose from the BCC January public meeting at which CALA were in attendance.
