Balerno Community Council is relaunching its newsletter Balerno Forum with the aim of helping our community through the current Covid-19 crisis.
Balerno Forum started in 2011 and 12 editions were published before we took a ‘temporary’ break while the Community Plan was being prepared. All twelve are on the website so you can look back.
The Forum was started as a hard copy 4 page paper and was mainly distributed at the Farmers Market and through Scotmid; times move on and we’ll get more used to e-versions. Give us time and we’ll get there.
We’ll try to keep you up to date with significant developments but we also want to cover lighter issues, including possibly things about Balerno that you may not have known about.
This then is issue 13, and we hope you like it.
Best wishes and Stay Safe
