Balerno to move to West Lothian?
According to a report in the Scotsman, West Lothian Council is trying to have Balerno moved into the West Lothian Scottish Parliamentary constituency. Comments from readers see this as the first step towards trying to have the village included within West Lothian Council’s boundaries, rather than the City of Edinburgh Council’s.
